In Thai, jai (āšā¸) means heart. It also means mind, and the place where thought and feeling meet.
JAI Behavioural builds evidence-based frameworks for organisations where the standard response to burnout and AI integration has not been good enough.
We do not run wellness programmes. We do not sell coaching packages or subscription content. We build governance architectures and intervention protocols grounded in neuroscience and behavioural science, tested in real settings, and designed to produce measurable outcomes.
